• Income: Monthly net income determines max EMI (40-50% of income)
• Credit Score: CIBIL score above 750 gets best rates
• Age: Most banks lend up to age 60-65 for salaried

• HDFC Bank: 8.45% – 9.85% p.a.
• ICICI Bank: 8.40% – 9.45% p.a.
